We wrote this letter after we were approached by two different families who have never received their Funeral Cover Services from this insurance company after they claimed.
The Masilela family from Springs in Gauteng since claimed on the 12 July 2022 and never received anything after their son passed away, while Nkuna family from Mhlava village in Tzaneen claimed on the 1st August 2022 and never received anything after their father joined the ancestors.
Both families are owed R40000 each and they’ve never skipped paying their monthly premiums even a single month.
